Is this website sponsored by IGT? I was looking at a game made by Bally called Double Draw Poker and became interested so I came here to look for info on how it is played but I realized that all the games here are made by IGT.

It is not "sponsored" by IGT, but there is a partnership. There is not presently a relationship with Bally to allow development of their games.
