this has to be the worst idea for a game ever.
you cant hold a kicker so you lose ev.
you cant hold RF drawing cards so you lose more ev.
and you have to pay double to play 3 hands.

Yeah, the way the game forces itself into a completely different sub-game is odd with dealt Aces (or deuces with deuces wild). Not surprisingly, it's not super popular. There are 13 machines nationwide according to this website. I've seen the game elsewhere in the past though.
