What a nice update! Good to hear that you are having a good time there and even better with that Royal Flush No Deuces hit. Any set of quad deuces along the way? I would also say playing at a smoke free casino is rewarding in its own right.

Where you are at is indeed one of the Deuces Wild captiol of the world. Try to find a table that offers 80 for the 5oaK and 50 for the Straight Flush. There should be plenty of those around.

DaBurglar,i could tell you how Cripple Creek, got the name.but I would never be able to explain it to you.Because you need brains for that.and you don't have any.but just to be fair.if by some strange way. you get some brains.let me know and I will explain it to you.

Is there really a Web administrator or moderator for these forums? I don't think so.

I participate in several other forums, where personal attacks on members are simply not tolerated.

Unwarranted and absolutely ridiculous.

A bit of useless trivia: The Band, a rather well known group from the old days, recorded a song titled: "Up on Cripple Creek"

It's possible, that some of the folks on this site are simply tired of almost every post becoming an argument between a very small handful of members. Quite frankly, it's getting old.
That being said, Cripple Creek Colorado was founded in the early 1870's.
The name Cripple Creek happened quite by accident. It is said a cattleman was building a shelter close to a nearby creek assisted by a helper. The helper accidentally discharged a gun, wounding another man in the foot. The excitement and confusion frightened a calf, which broke its leg jumping over the creek. The calf was crippled causing the rancher to refer to the creek as "Cripple Creek."

i love 'useless trivia'. thanks for music and history lesson, learn something new every day.  sometimes, the answer/meaning to something is simple, but in this day of political correctness, tooooo many are looking for something to be offended by. you cannot say anything anymore that some person/group does not try to disect and find a reason to label you as something offensive.  i am a proud irishman. every year i get tons of email jokes about the irish being drunks, they are funny and often true. big deal.  UVA frat rape scandal- wrong, Ferguson hands up- wrong, Romney pays no taxes- wrong, Duke lacrosse sexual assualt- wrong, the list goes on. all these were widely mentioned on the news day after day, all proven wrong, did the media or the persons who brought these up ever apologize? instead the innocent parties will forever being labeled. sad!
