Tipping for Drinks?

with a college degree.[/quote]Workers in America are paid by the revenue they produce, not for their education.  I'm pretty sure the guy who cuts my lawn makes more than a high school teacher because that's the way capitalism works.  I don't care how much anyone makes, I tip everyone.
