Fight in the casino

I never thought I'd see it in person, but last night it finally happened. At the Monarch Casino in Black Hawk Colorado - They have a bank of 10 25 cent multi line machines. All of the triple play games have their own progressive payouts. The 9/6 dbl dbl bonus is up to $73,000+ if you get a dealt royal (or somehow manage to fill in all 3). Friday night, the place was packed and people were waiting for anyone to leave. Someone did leave, 2 guys head to the same machine, and it got physical. Casino security and managers involved, police called, witnesses questioned, etc.

Saw the beaut of all beauties at the Taj Mahal about 10 years ago. An older lady and her daughter were playing on vp about 10 machines down from me. All of a sudden, out of NOWHERE, this crazy looking lady pulls the old lady out of her seat and knocks her out. Her daughter is screaming, and the lady who did the hitting was totally unfazed by everything. Finally, here comes security; they try to take nutzy kookoo out of the casino and she pops one of the security guards right in the mouth. It took at least 5 securities and 3 cops to get her out of there...the whole time, the poor older lady is still sitting on the floor with only her daughter and bystanders around. the casino did NOTHING. Finally the paramedics got there and took her out...still with no Taj employees around. I heard that the daughter eventually sued the Taj for an "undisclosed" amount for failure to protect her mother. There was more than a few people who wanted to take crazy chick outside for a few minutes of "close communicating". She really needed a thumping.
(p.s.) I was also there when the Hell's Angels and the Mongols had their firefight at Harrah's Laughlin. That was terrifying. Everyone going everywhere, on top, underneath, over and out. Crazy. I probably should stay out of casinos, but my life is actually pretty dull.

I have seen a couple myself at Mohegan Sun. Almost always on Saturday night between drunks in the lounge. They are more careful now on how many drinks are served and how often, but the drunks always find ways around it. I have come close a couple of times with smokers who refuse to leave non smoking areas. Would have loved to have gotten into it with them, but unfortunately, everyone involved gets banned no matter who is at fault. Therefore my only choice was to call security who took care of things pronto fortunately. One time was really close. I informed a lady smoking in the non smoking room nicely that she was in a non smoking area. She immediately started swearing at me. Then her drunk boyfriend appeared out on nowhere and got in my face. Just so happened a big security guard happened by and took care of them. They even reviewed the tape to make sure my version was correct. The only request they made of me was to get security first next time. That is easier said than done when they are stinking up the place where they shouldn't be and security isn't in the immediate area.

Once at HH I heard a loud thunk. I thought someone got up too quick and knocked their chair over. No, a man passed out and hit the floor. As people crowded around, I actually saw someone step over the guy to get to a machine.
