TDB Spin Poker Deluxe

This is my first post. I need an additional achievement. Here is my question. I apologize if asked before.
     If one is playing Triple Double Bonus Spin Poker deluxe and is dealt 3 aces and the kicker, does one hold the aces and the kicker or just the aces? This recently happened to me at Harveys in Tahoe and I held the kicker and got the ace on the middle row. Thanks. Ed.
