Credits Display - DD Multiline

WM, on the DD Multiline Main Menu the game is displaying points in currency format - my total credits of (about) 46500 are being shown as $465.00.  When the site opens for real, that might give people the wrong idea that they're playing for $'s instead of points.

Another DD Multi Line issue. The sound it makes on the deal after holding cards is terrible.  The description of this sound is

Display has been changed to read credits instead of dollars.
