Decision is made. Time for some variance. Time for loose deuce, 100.16% ER, single line quarters. Deuces a whopping 2500 coins or $625. Come on deuces! 20 HR challenge. Once again have the option to terminate early if things go south.
Let's get loose with the deuce!
Cheers

Okay, first session of loose deuce is in the books.LOOSE DEUCE 20 HOUR CHALLENGEGoal is to play 20 hours and come out at the end at least +$200 or higher. Play is on loose deuce single line quarters, 100.15% ER.1st Session: Total time this session: 2 hoursTotal Time thus far: 2 hoursTotal win/lose thus far: +$183No doubt about it, loose deuce is not full pay deuces. It's in the same ball park, but different field. The extra variance is apparent and it's certainly a scarier game. I was down almost $450 before I hit the deuces. The first $300 was gone very quickly and right away I noticed the difference. HOWEVER, having said that, hitting the deuces is a treat indeed with the payoff of 2500 quarters or $625 bucks. I hit one and I have little doubt a quad deuce will be needed for any hope of a winning session. That can be scary for not every session carries a quad deuce with it. My hope is that I will hit enough quad deuces to make up for the occasional session when no quad deuce arises. Perhaps an early royal may make an appearance and help the variance cause as well...At least I can take comfort in knowing this isn't TRIPLE DEUCES and a game that needs a cast iron stomache. Cheers and on to the next!

I have trouble accepting a $100 hourly loss. This game would send me to the ER.

LOOSE DEUCE 20 HOUR CHALLENGEGoal is to play 20 hours and come out
at the end at least +$200 or higher. Play is on loose deuce single line
quarters, 100.15% ER.2nd Session: Total time this session: 2 hoursSession win/loss=+248Total Time thus far: 4 hoursTotal win/lose thus far: +$441Only brought $400 with me this time around. May sound like alot for a quarter single line game, but with loose deuce, the more roll you have the better because one has to basically hit those deuces or a royal no deuce to have a decent winning session.      Fortunately for me, I hit the deuces again but it was close. At one point, was down to my last $30 dollars. But hit them I did and came out the other end with a positive session. Therefore...so far so good. Good news is with strategy changes, deuces should come around a bit faster. About one in 4664 hands versus full pay's deuces stat average at 4909.At any rate, I find this challenge to be more exciting than the full pay challenge, but also alot more stressful. Hopefully we hit the goal. It's looking good so far.Cheers

You always describe it in great detail, but I still can't fathom your luck.

LOOSE DEUCE 20 HOUR CHALLENGEGoal is to play 20 hours and come out
at the end at least +$200 or higher. Play is on loose deuce single line
quarters, 100.15% ER.3rd (and final)Session: Total time this session: 4 hoursSession win/loss=-$400Total Time thus far: 4 hoursTotal win/lose thus far: +$41Don't get me wrong, this loose deuce is a very good game. But the variance is just too much for me and it's time to go less variant, which is basically most other games except triple double bonus and triple deuces. I feel lucky to get out of three sessions positive. Almost lost every session and indeed lost the third. Even Double Double Bonus is half the variance of loose deuce. So loose deuce and I are going to have to call a truce to the deuce. Next game will be different and no challenge to it except to win and be positive. Stay tuned.Cheers!

Good idea. I would bail too after that $100 hourly loss debacle. That's more in line with my recent experiences in AC. And I play boring old JOB, which is now indeed a job.

So decided to play my old friend/enemy, or frenemy 10/6 DDB with slight progressive royal. My frenemy was a very cruel mistress tonight as she giveth and taketh. Despite hitting multiple quads including deuces with a kicker (right away, to punish me for gettting off of loose deuce), and hit 4 aces no kicker, ended up losing my $400 bankroll anyway. Kind of ticked on this one. Just didn't sit well with me to be kind yet cruel. Going to pout a bit on this one and then get back into it sometime soon. Won't be the frenemy, that's for sure.Cheers

I wasn't complaining last year when I hit it. But the casino has since become unplayable. Lucky we have so many options.
